Laura Šakaja took part in the public lecture forum Informative Wednesday (Informativna srijeda), organized by the City Library of Zagreb. This lecture forum has been held since 1958, and its primary purpose is to provide information for librarians (i.e. information-librarians), who during such lectures receive data about newly published books. In the context of Information Wednesday, Boris Senker, a member of the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts, presented the new titles published by Leykam International.
Guest speakers at the forum were the director of the publishing house, Juergen Ehgartner and L. Šakaja, who at the invitation of the City Library talked about her book, “Introduction to Cultural Geography” (Uvod u kulturnu geografiju, 2015).
