The City between Public Policies and Civil Society
Does the city (Zagreb) belong to its citizens? What are the forms of civil protests (on formal or unformal levles) and how much they can influence public and national policies? What motivates public policies and how they could be monitored? What is the position of academic community in creating public policies? How much the academic community cooperates with civil society?
