The comment by Valentina Gulin Zrnić on politics of public spaces in Zagreb: the case of neighbourhood school fence

Valentine Gulin Zrnić published a comment on the politics of public spaces provoked by the Municipal decision to build the fence around the neighbourhood school in Travno, Zagreb. The plan for erecting the fence included significant area of neighbourhood public park. The author discusses the meaning of such a Municipal decision (made without participation of neighbourhood inhabitants) and its impact on school life and social life in the neighbourhood.
