Tihana Rubić held a lecture “Social Relations and Sustainable Development” in the frame of the project “Pazi sto jedes Laboratorij” (PSJ LAB)” of the Ethnographic Museum of Istria / Museo Etnografico dell’Istria on April 23, 2018. The lecture has been organised within the series of presentations for students of ethnology and cultural anthropology, the staff of the Museum and the Municipality, and was open to wider audience. The presentation presented and examined processes and practices of urban gardening in Zagreb, ethnographically followed over the years. The lecture was an introduction to a field research of traditional and sustainable food culture in Istria. The joint guided walk of students, lecturers and the local community also took place within the programme:
